What type of services do you offer?
"What type of services do you offer?" is one of the most
frequent questions asked by first time callers. Most callers are
very impressed that we are a medical spa and are amazed by the range of
services offered. We offer medical skin care including facials,
dermabrasion, chemical peels laser hair removal, IPL
photo-rejuvenation, Botox and Restylane injections, as well as 'spa'
services such as waxing, airbrush tanning, massage, permanent makeup
and more.

What are you proud of about the business?
I am proud that we are “medical” and offer advanced skin
treatments. Also, that we were the first medical day spa in
Livermore, and just celebrated our fifth anniversary.

What services do you offer?
Our services are numerous (see #1) ... many persons do not
realize that we offer 'medical skincare” such as Botox and Laser Hair
Removal. Persons, who know that we are "medical", are often
pleased to discover that they can also receive 'spa' services such as
massage, too! We can offer the best of both spa treatments and medical
skincare in a spa setting.

What do you take as a compliment at the business?
Our clients often compliment us on how comfortable they
feel at our spa, that it feels like visiting someone’s home and is not
too sterile like a doctor’s office. I am complimented by how many
word-of-mouth referrals we get -- which is a testament to their
satisfaction with both services and staff.

Who are your typical clients?
Our typical clients are females of all ages from teens to
60s. About 20% of our clientele are men in their 30's to 40's.

How is your pricing compared to the competition?
Our prices are very competitive, which is very important
Our laser hair removal prices cannot be matched anywhere locally
All other pricing is competitive but NOT necessarily the lowest price. We are
NOT aiming to be the CHEAPEST ... but we do strive to offer the BEST
services.

Are there any concerns that your clients might have?
Clients are often concerned about the safety and
effectiveness of our treatments, especially the medical services.
They are put at ease by attending our complimentary consultation
appointments where every detail is explained thoroughly along with
showing “before and after” pictures, etc.

How do you differentiate yourself from the competition?
One way that I differentiate myself from my competition is
that I personally provide all of the laser and IPL treatments
myself. I am a Registered Nurse and have more experience than
most nurses in California with laser and IPL treatments. I also
personally provide an in-depth consultation appointment at no charge
prior to all treatments.

Why would a potential client want to use your services?
A client will want to use our business because we have
more experience in the Medical-spa field than anyone in the area.
We are locally owned and operated. We are not a franchise, such
as some of the Medi-spas that have already come and gone in the past
few years. We have a perfect patient safety record and have a friendly,
professional, experienced, and licensed staff. Our Medical
Director is a plastic surgeon.
